To access certain features of Prep Visa, you will be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any paid subscriptions used for our AI-powered interview simulations are billed securely. Refunds, if any, are provided according to our prevailing billing policies.
Our platform provides simulated visa interview experiences powered by AI. While we strive to provide highly accurate and realistic preparation scenarios, these tools are strictly for educational and preparation purposes. Prep Visa does not guarantee approval of any actual visa application, as final decisions rest safely with the respective consular authorities.
You agree not to misuse the Prep Visa platform. This includes attempting to disrupt our systems, using automated bots to access our AI services, generating artificial usage, or exploiting any aspect of the platform securely. Violations may result in account termination.
The Prep Visa platform is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of Prep Visa following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
